I had contacted R. Selvam owner of Newcastle modular kitchen for doing modular kitchen and some wood work. I gave the work to them on January mid. The agreement is it will take 4 weeks to get the materials from the factory and 1 week to install the same. After long delay in the month of march he bought the materials, and he installed in my home. Most of the work done by him (in kitchen, pooja room) is not proper , the door are not kepy properly you can see inside of the pooja room through the Door, The Modular kitchen doors are not fixed properly. There is a crack in the door which he has done. For TV unit also there is big screw up.

He agreed that he will fix the issues , and he will change the faulty one but its more than 1.5 months he is not doing it. I have to call him literally 25 times a day (really 25 times) he wont pick up , even he picks up he says it will take two more days he will fix in next two days.

Its is new flat , and i am postponing my movement as the wood work is not completed. because after arranging kitchen items and deity in pooja room i cant have some ppl working in my home.

I am getting mental stress and torture because of him, every time i see the wood work done in my home i feel very stressed that i have been cheated by him.

What should i do , i have to punish him.
