I live pune (bhosari) i have a complaint regarding my sofa which i have
purchased from HOUSE FULL (CHICHWAD) which cost around 17,500.
The sofa which we purchased is fully defective then we orderd for new that also came
defective the same model which we purchased ..
We purchased the sofa on 5/10/2009 and delivery was given on 9/10/2009
then he wrote on the bill the sofa will be changed within 5 days but that not happen
So i want u to take a serious action on them so that we can get r money back
and purchase new sofa from other shop.
