    Default delay in closure of ppf account

    Sir
    I have given request for closure of my ppf at Pallavaram post office on 27 Dec 2011 as I was in urgent need of cash and I was hoping to get my cash within 2 or3 working days. But still now I have not received the chequeen as on 7 January.12 . And the staff is still ssting that you come and see after 2 days this type of attitude will irritate anybody. With this compliant I hope my cheque reaches me at earliest
