i had purchased a KVP worth Rs.10000 on 30/07/2002 .The no. KVP is 04cd963690. After 7 years i went to enquire about its maturity . Iwas told that the KVPhas already been encashed on 30/01/2005. since then no enquiery has been made inspite of reapeted requests.KVP was in my own name (anita devi/rani) .Every time i go to the post office ,i am told that enquiery has yet not been completed. how long will i have to wait for the money ,i suppose was in most secure hands?
