i am holding a 2005 goi 8% bond worth rs 150000/- which matured on 4th sept 2010,
i have not yet received the money even after more than a month has passed.
i have faxed them my a/c details called them atleast 10 times and also emailed them.
they have been promising payment every week but not keeping upto the promise.
now after close to 5 weeks of non compliance i am forced to approach the consumer court for the same.
i am disclosing my fin details below,please pull up 3i infotech for this issue and ensure immediate payment of
my money alongwith penalty & interest
