I had bought a Blackberry 9700 from Indiatimes as advertised, the delivery was within 1 week, however when I opened the package, the phone they had sent me was a second hand phone, the panels had been changed-cheap ones at that, but you can clearly make out that it was a very old phone, the camera lens had numerous scratches on it.

Overall the phone was in a very pathetic condition. I raised a complaint, they gave me a replacement option, the courier guy was supposed to come and pick it up, but no response so far.

They are definitely frauds and fleecing customers of their hard earned money. On the other hand, I have used flipcart/20north on numerous occasions earlier and their service and products have been genuine and fantastic!

I would not recommend anyone to go with Indiatimes, you will regret buying anything from them. I have been swindled of Rs 14000 by them.
