recently , I purchased a sofa from sri sainath furniture, Marathahalli, Bangalore (Near innovative Multiplex). I paid them Rs.17500 for the furniture (3+1+1 seater). They took 2 weeks to deliver the furniture. When delivered, single seater was in bad condition. The frame in the single seater had cracks. The representative from the furniture store told me that they will replace the frame within 2 weeks for the same. It's more than a month now. But still the frame is not replaced and the response is very poor from the furniture store.
