I purchased Dressing table-Impiana from Hometown Marathalli,Bangalore on 5th Jan 2012. Home town promised to deliver on or before 20th Jan 2012. I kept calling & tried tracking the status of the delivery & finally they assured of the delivery by 4th of Feb 2012.
As expected,i tried reaching them again on 4th feb & couldn't get any response as customer care line is always busy. Its being a more than a month now and i haven't receieved my product where Hometown had taken the full payment as well as extra delivery charge on the day of purchase itself.
Please let me know how can i escalate this issue.
