We went to Home Zone, Kukatpalli, Hyderabad. We bought a "Wall Unit", a TV cabinet. We paid Rs. 27000 the full price of the unit fooled by the way the shopkeeper talked to us. We promised them future business too. The cabinet colour was selected and it was promised to be delivered in a week's time. After a few days we got a call from the shop saying the colour you asked for is not here. We can deliver a different colour. We agreed because it was already late and they had no idea when they can deliver the colour we wanted.

Nothing happened on that day. No delivery. The shopkeeper Nithesh (Mobile 9963830136) did not even call to inform they were not going to deliver. After wasting the whole day waiting we called again. We were promised it would be delivered the next day. That did not happen. Then we were told that the truck met with an accident and it will be delivered 100% on Thursday. Nothing happened. Every time we had to call them and find out why it was not delivered. They never called us to say don't wait for us foolishly, we are not going to deliver.

After thoroughly exhausting our patience they made yet another promise. We demanded they have to deliver that day we may need to lodge a complaint. They have cheated us out of Rs. 27000 and harassed us with repeated promises and wasted our time and money because we could not attend to our own duties.

They delivered a rotten piece late in the night, the workers they had set did not know how to fit it, made a terrible job of it and then found some pieces were missing. Again we went back to calling the shop (Phone 65556111) and the promise was to deliver another fresh piece after three days.

Nothing happened after three days. The terrible wall net stared at us in our drawing room to remind us of how foolish we had been to pay the full amount. More telephone calls and more angry exchanges later they delivered another piece.

This one was again terrible and the parts were missing. After wasting hours and hours of our time, till late in the night, the workers left taking the wall net out of our drawing room and put it in the front area of our house. They said they were going to get an auto to take the thing back.

The parts of the wall net pieces are still lying in front of my house blocking our way. The auto never came.

We have not got our TV cabinet. We have not got the refund.

We want to sue them for non delivery of product, cheating us out of Rs. 27000 and harassment because we were just two women in the house.

The owner tells us we should not complain in this way because we are ladies!
