Dear Sir,
I had ordered a a furniture set (comprising of from bed, mattress, side table & 4 door wardrobe)Furniture walla , Main Road, Ranchi( Owner: Sandeep Narula). I paid an advance of 80% of the cost at the time of making an order which was on 23rd of Oct,11.
The delivery date was due on 12th of Nov,11. We have not received our entire set of furniture yet as on date which is 1st of Feb,2012. We have so far received a bed and a mattress. The remaining part of the deal has not yet come. The shop owner is making one excuse after another.
We have asked him to cancel our deal and return our money. His excuses have no limit.
Please suggest a way out.Some Rs 60000(approx) is at stake. We have been hanging like this for past 3 months.
Looking forward to an early reply and resolution.
