Damaged furnitur from WOODLINE FURNITURE Banaswadi Purchased a set of furnitures(Bed,Dinning Table,Sofa,ward robe) worth Rs 1,10,000 from WOODLINE FURNITURE on Oct 1st week.
Among the furnitures provided, they had delivered a Faulty Dinning Table (Dimension of the wooden holder is not matching with the dimension of the GLASS and also scratches on the chairs). Upon making repeated attempts for replacing the dinning table, they had agreed to replace the dinning table.
Last week(29th of jan) they came up with a reason that they cant replace the furniture due to the scratches in the chairs.No one in WOODLINE FURNITURE is ready to listen about what it mean to us and they are least bothered when i said "I WILL APPROACH CONSUMER COURT".
I am shattered and humiliated by this incident. PLEASE HELP ME.
