I am a Resident of a Nallasopara, Thane.
I have purchased a Leather 3 + 1 + 1 seater Sofa and 6 seater Dinning Table from "The Interiors" , Bavdhan Budruk, Pune on 07/11/2011. tHE pURCHASE vALUE IS rS. 69,000 (Including transportation Chrges from Pune to Nallasopra and Octri payable at Thane.)
Out of this 69,000: Rs. 1, 000 was paid as advance on 7th Nov, 2011 itself and rS. 68,000 was transferred to Shop Owner Mr. Siddharth Bhandari's ICICI Bank account on 10th Nov, 2011.

The committed date of delivery was 22nd November, 2011. It has now been more than 80 days since purchase an d I am repeatedly followed up with the Shop Owners Contact Numbers given on His Business Card (+91 9921183072, +9120 22951227) on multiple occassions, but there has been no response on the numbers. And when i have managed to get in touch, I have been told that my sofa would get delivered the next Saturday, next week, next day and so on.
Now These contact numbers are no more excisting (as whenever I am tried, it says The number are not reachable) and even his shop is closed since last 15 days.
I am very frustrated as I am not able to contact that Shop Owner and money is already transfeered to Shop Owners account.


This is definitely a case of fraudulent and I want to file a case against that Shop / Shop Owner in Consumer Court.
Need Suggestion from all you guys...
