Hometown_Vashi Central_Bad After sales service

    Default Hometown_Vashi Central_Bad After sales service

    Hi
    I Purchase a Sofa cum Bed from Vashi central Hometown on 02-Oct-2010 with the warranty period of 1 year. Later I found that the cloth material of Sofa is in very bad situation. So I immediately call them in the middle of September 2011 before the warranty period expires to the Vashi central phone numbers 39520138 & 239180935.
    As the process of complaint registration, they had not provided any complaint number over phone as well as they have not visited immediately. After 3 to 4 times calling they came on one day after the warranty period expires (In Nov 2011) and take the snaps of my furniture. We hope that they will do something as they are in a late process of taking pics of my furniture. So I left to my hometown Hyderabad for 20 Days. I have not received any phone call regarding the status of my complaint.
    After return from my hometown I went to meet the management regarding the status, I surprised to see that they don’t have any complaint registration or any pictures of my furniture.
    Finally I shouted on the management and the staff of the hometown about the status and pics that they had taken. This time one manager Mr Vikas convince us and again send a person one more time to take the photographs in the month December 2011. This time again we are waiting for status of our complaint. Still they are showing the same irresponsible behavior even after taking two times photographs of furniture.

    Please look into the issue on priority basis.
    Hope I will get the solution for my helpless query.

    Very much thanks to the team of future group, specially to the Vashi central Hometown manager Mr Vikas in resolving the issue and delivered the new piece of furniture.

    I sincerely closed my complaint.
