We purchased a half-leather 3 seater sofa from Home Centre, Lifestyle at Oberoi mall Goregaon outlet on 4/12/2011. Invoice no. Gore-2463 item code 128214180 purchase value INR 55950/-

The committed date of delivery was beginning of 2nd week on Jan. It has now been 50 days since purchase, and I have repeatedly followed up with the deliver numbers given on the invoice copy (Hamied: 9594070079 Asif: 9594075825). On multiple occasions, there has been no response on the numbers. And when i have managed to get in touch, I have been told that my sofa would get delivered the next Saturday.

My credit card was swiped instantly at the outlet on 4/12/2011, as i purchased the furniture under a 6 EMI scheme. My first EMI has already got debited without delivery. And the lackadaisical attitude of the entire staff at Home Centre Goregaon is dissappointing. I am left with no choice now with the money having been debited from my account.

This is definitely a case of fraudulent transaction, tantamount to stealing money for a customer.
