Sub : Manufacturing defect of leg of sofa-cum-bed set

Recently I have purchased one sofa-cum-bed set (model no Davos) from one authorized dealer of your company M/S New RK Electronics,(Ph: 05842-223955, Mob:9335082498), Shahjahanpur(UP).From the very first day of its delivery to my house, its one leg was having manufacturing defect and as result of which the bed is toppling . A technician named Sri Vijay Verma of M/S New RK Electronics witnessed the manufacturing defect and had written on the back side of the invoice about it.

The sofa-cum-bed set was purchased vide Book No 6, Sl No 501 of the invoice dated 11.12.2011. On repeated further complaints to Sri Rajeev Gupta, the owner of M/S New RK Electronics, no action has been taken yet.

After sale service of Shahjahanpur(UP) office is very very poor , it is not expected from a reputed company like yours. I would request your head office to intervene into this matter and arrange for changing the newly bought defective sofa cum bed set or arrange to refund the money as I have lost all hopes on your company’s credibility.
