Hi,

We took Wooden sofa from woodline furnitures on 24th dec 2011.While taking we paid full amount and they said they deliver sofa and bill on 25th dec 2011.

They deliver the faulty,old sofa and they have not deliver the bill..

If we call they are not listening to us.They are asking us to come to shop and select different sofa andalso they are telling that to get the same design sofa we have to wait for 45 days.

Please help me out for this problem. We want our money to be refunded or same wooden sofa with no defects as soon as possible.
