    Angry Home town future group complaint regarding product

    Hi

    My Buyer order number is 2003052101/2003052105. I purchased on 22 Oct 2011. It was supposed to be deliverd on 6th Nov 2011. During time of purchase I was told that it would be delivered earlier for safe side they are keeping this date 06 Nov 2011.

    On 6th they never called me nor delivered the products, on 8th I called around 7-8 times and they told on 12 th Nov 2011 Cot will be delivered so I said okie on 12th NOV also it was not delivered and again they told me it is going to be delivered on 15th Nov 2011. 12th Nov i called some 7-8 times.

    Customer care people never called me and i have follow up everytime. Mr Venu, Anitha and Ventak were not helpful at all, they never told me escalation hierarchy and Anitha said she is new to this organisation so she dont know anything

    IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND IT SEEMS YOU PEOPLE ARE FRAUD.

    Please Take look into this.

    You people dont have any sense or you think customer is fool. I will post this all over internet and will let my friend and family know how you cheat people so they donot do any business.

    I WILL POST THIS ON CONSUMER FORUM TOO. I am sure only consumer court is the only way left to get compensated for your fraud and harrasment caused to customer.

    Unhappy Damaged product & Poor Delivery

    Hi,

    I have placed order for WR3D Archr, Drs Archr, StdT venus & a small item vice order number 2026003571 & 2026003570 dated 26th Oct. 2011. It was told then that I am going to get the furniture delivered with in 3 weeks time. I got the dresser & Cupbard by 6th Nov. I was happy with delivery. But I received my Study table on 26th NOV on several follow up with store manager and still struggling to get a fitter from store to fix it up.

    Moreover, the cupboard that I have received was fitted with two pieces of damaged door panel (With pores, Scratches and chipped out lamination flakes). It was also supplied with a damaged hinges which is yet to be replaced. The fitter suggested me to talk to Store Manager on damaged door panel. I have requested store manager to get the cupbord doors (two out of three). He int urn has taken some photograph and initiated the process. I am not sure whether Future group will take care of it or not. I have also issues with the Cupboard fitting as most of the shelves are not fixed properly and is falling down. I have requested store manager several time to get those fixed and it is yet to be done.

    I don't understand even after paying the money in advance to a branded supplier, Why I need to be bothered on the quality of the deliverables, the failure on delivery commitment and after sale supports. I believe , I made about 30 calls by this time to store, the fitter and the store managers till now. I am surprised for my effort towards follow ups which are too costly in terms of satisfied end customer. Can someone form future group pl. look into it ?

    My Buyer order number is 600348654001. I purchased the product on 09 Oct 2011. It was supposed to be deliverd on 5th Nov 2011. During time of purchase I was told that it would be delivered earlier for safe side they are keeping this date 05 Nov 2011.

    On 5th they do not call me nor delivered the products, on 7th I called around 7-8 times and they told on 12 th Nov 2011 WALNUT will be delivered so I said ok on 12th NOV also it was not delivered and again they told me it is going to be delivered on 15th Nov 2011.

    I then called them on 16th Nov 2011 and i was told that the product has not reached Ranchi, it will reach here in another 7 days and you will be delivered in another 2 days.

    By then i am calling them in 2-3 days and they are saying that you will get your product in 6-7 days.

    When i called them on 12th Dec 2011 they are saying that you will receive the product by the last week od December 2011.

    I AM REALLY VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED AND IT SEEMS Hometown express Ranchi PEOPLE ARE FRAUD.

    Please Take look into this.

    Hello,

    I have booked Modular furniture(Kitchen and Wardrobes) in the Month of August 2011 under "Mano ya no Mano" sale from Jayanagar Central Hometown Outlet Worth of around Rupees 4Lakhs+.I was very much impressed by the initial conversation and the initial interaction.I was told that once the order is sealed which was on 15 August 2011, things got delivered precisely on 1Of November 2011. And the installation started.As a layman customer what lies inside the cartons is a mystery for me.It was found during the Installation that there were some components missing. All the grievances and problems started pouring in as the very same people failed to give me a fair reason for why the installation is delayed.A s per the terms and conditions,1. I am supposed to pay the full amount in order to claim delivery. 2.It will take 15 days to get the fresh components in case of Short supply.Now, today is Jan 5 2012 and I am still to get any confirmation on the same and Orders are still missing.I feel cheated as I have lost all the negotiating power on my side as I have completely paid the bill amount.I was told different versions of the reasons as to why things are not shaping up as per the plan.To add to this, the installation person has damaged the part of merchandise during fitting. No confirmation on replacement of the same by the store person. Whom to be held responsible?.I am very much disappointed by the way things are shaping up. I am utterly shocked by this behavior.I have escalated to the store Manger and he has sent a mail that By 9 Jan 2012, things will be delivered( Which is exactly 45 days delay. compared to 15 Days which is stated in terms and conditions).This is how things work in your Organization? The terms and conditions are so one sided that the customer does not has sort of power if something goes wrong.I blindly trusted the Brand equity the Future group holds and paid the entire billed amount. Which failed miserably to live up to the expectations.I have lost a lot of time, resources and Ample amount of money in this process of follow ups and running around. Do not fall for all the perusal tactics by the store people. All they speak is lies, lies and more lies.They do not keep their words. Do not pay full billed amount unless the work is completed.I have gone through this trauma and still going through and the work is still at halt and your hard earned money is gone for a toss.Please do something as last thing i need to do is write more on this in other forums spreading bad publicity and media intervention against Future-group.

    We have purchased furniture worth Rs 80,000 on 25th of Dec 2011 from Home Town Punjagutta Hyderabad
    Receipt No: 2003054258, 2003054255 and were promised that goods will be delivered by 2nd of Jan.
    We have not received them till now. When we contacted manager like thousand times we have received few goods which are of bad quality. Now we are convinced that the further goods are also part of some left over furniture and want to cancel order. But store manager is not allowing us to cancel the order. If you people cannot deliver quality goods on time then you are not supposed to be take cash and make your customers wait indefinitely. We have spent such huge amount and now we are suffering. Please take action as soon as possible, and let us know how to handle this issue, since we have other chores to be handled other tahn contacting and following up with you people. Have never seen such pathetic service or response till date. We will ensure that we wont buy any goods in future from home town and we will advice the same to our friends are relatives.

    Hi,
    I have purchased a modular kitchen worth 2.10 lacks from your store.As
    expected the quality is also not good as per standards for the future group.
    However We had a very horrifying experience with the staff of your
    store.They have been asking us to give the screws and bolts that have
    come along with our packs.They have used abusive language and have
    been troubling us a lot and isisting us to return the nuts and bolts
    meant for our kitchen.Some of the items are still not delivered.The items from one customer are being sent to others and vice versa causing lot of chaos and commotion.When we try to call the store they are not responding to the calls for the undelivered goods.

    We are really troubled and want to file a complaint. I would be
    obliged if you could take action against these people who are trying
    to sopil the brand of future group.
    Please provide me the contact number of the Area manager so that I can
    express my concern.

    I purchased Dressing table-Impiana from Hometown Marathalli,Bangalore on 5th Jan 2012. Home town promised to deliver on or before 20th Jan 2012. I kept calling & tried tracking the status of [COLOR=#009900 !important]the delivery[/COLOR] & finally they assured of the delivery by 4th of Feb 2012.
    As expected,i tried reaching them again on 4th feb & couldn't get any response as [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care[/COLOR] line is always busy. Its being a more than a month now and i haven't receieved my product where Hometown had taken the full payment as well as extra [COLOR=#009900 !important]delivery charge[/COLOR] on the day of purchase itself.
    Please let me know how can i escalate this issue.

    2. InvoiceNo. 156299946 / Delivery Note No. 3008808083, dtd. 25-02-2012

    Dear Sir,
    I had booked the product (Ref.no.1) “Sliding Bed, Davismake (code 600386102002)” from Home Town, Wardha Road, Nagpur office which was delivered on04-03-2012 in dissembled condition, vide DM 3008808083 under ref. 2.
    The sliding bed was assembled on 06-03-2012 by yourtrained technician Mr. Harish & shown us the trial. When he was sitting onthe box portion of the bed, there was a breaking sound from the bottom side ofthe bed. On inspection, it was noted that both the bottom rafters on which thewheels were mounted were completely broken. Also the outer side panel in which therafters were clamped, was also got damaged.

    The undersigned has not accepted the product & didnot sign the report due to damages occurring before handing over the product. Also,the matter was immediately reported telephonically to your representative at Nagpuroffice for further necessary action. The person from your office, Mr. Patle,visited & checked the damage on 07-03-2012.
    The design & material ofthis product is defective & unsafe for use. Therefore we are notsatisfied with the supplied product & we don’t want to continue with this product any more. Hence it is requested take back this product & refund an amount of Rs14999/- paid by us.

    Failure to refund the amount within 15 days may force us to approach consumer forum / news papers/ electronic media for seeking justice.
