I have ordered furniture (cot, mattress and TV table) from big bazaar,old madras road, bangalore. on 03 jan 2009 and they promised that the goods will be delivered by 18 jan 2009.
As, i planned to shift to new place on 17 jan, so this date seems to be comfortable.
But the goods didnot delivered by 20 jan. Then i made visit and call to big bazaar everyday for the status. But everytime, they make it for next day.
Then on 21 jan, in an angush manner I talked to there DM and request them to deliverthe products ASAP otherwise return the amount with interest (if you are not able to deliver). On next day morning the good arrived to my door step. But they didnot bring the TV table and also, they didnot sent the fitter to fit the cot.

After regular call and visit to Big Bazaar, they sent the fitter on 28 jan at 10 PM.
But TV table is still missing.

I am regularly visiting Big bazaar and meeting their representative, calling to there guys....but all result in Negative.
Till 03.02.09, a month had gone, but they didnot delivered me the TV table, whose payment had been already done...a month before.

Now, i am mentally and physically got problem and not able to talk anymore to them, who are not able to serve their customers well and gave so much mental and physicall harassed.

Please help me out from this Big bazaar, old madras road, bangalore.
