I also booked a Sofa with the same shop in Hitex exhibition held in Dec, 2011 and I am also facing the same issue. I would like to know how was your issue resolved ? I also searched through this site and found that same shop has defrauded lot of people across India including Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, etc .

Also, did you take any action against the organizers of the exhibition at HITEX ? They also need to be pulled in as people consider their credibility in arranging good and credible shop-keepers .

I had also booked a sofa in Chennai with them by paying 15000 as advance..promised to deliver in 15-20 days. called them but was told i would be delivered after a week. looks like i have lost my money reading all your posts here have u all received your sofa now? or still behind them? is there anything that we can do to get our money back and stop these people from cheating more people. think the organisers should also be severely punished..all part of the crime.

I've booked a sofa two months ago paying 10k in Bangalore exhibition and still waiting for it. Anyone pursued through consumer court?

i have also booked a sofa set with f studio in nov-2011 by paying an advance of rs 30,000 and i am yet to get the sofa.and the response from f studio is very poor.

These guys rob you in broad daylight. Even I have booked sofa with them by paying Rs 14500 on 13th May at exhibition in Pune. they had promised to deliver within 15 days. Now after a month there is no response from them. The phone numbers provided do not respond. The factory address is FAKE!

Can anyone help me to sue these guys?

God didn't allow F Studio to cheat us off a sofa!

On Sunday, 17 June, 2012, we had booked a sofa at the Interior Exterior exhibition at Hitex, Hyderabad, and paid 50% of the cost as advance They were supposed to send someone home to measure my living room space the following Monday or Tuesday and custom make a sofa, after the exhibition got over on 18th.
Just on 18th evening before stepping out of the office in Jubilee Hills, God prompted me to google F Studio - and I landed on this page! Imagine my horror...
Prayed and rushed back home to pick up the receipt (didn't want the lack of the same to be an excuse) - and on a rainy evening in Hyderabad with water logged roads, that's very, very time consuming. Meanwhile, asked my wife to rush from her office to the exhibition venue Hitex in a friend's car.
In the snail pace traffic, I went to Punjagutta to collect two more friends, and then drove through more water and traffic to Hitex.
It was nearly closing time around 8:15 PM when we reached - and this was the last day of the exhibition. Mr. Dinesh of F Studio was not allowing my wife and friend to cancel the order and return our advance. He challenged us to go to court (Mumbai juristriction, of course) if needed.
We made it known to some customers around, of the comments we found on this site, and asked them to reconsider their purchase decision (F Studio knows about these complaints too, and said that "some" dissatisfied customers might exist, like with any vendor). We started making attempts to call the Police to the spot.
It was just then that God made F Studio change their stance. "Take any other sofa currently on display," they attempted a truce. Knowing that we might not get our advance back, we agreed; also to not create more of a scene.
We selected one sofa my wife manged to somehow like, though we were skeptical if it would fit into our living room (which was why we needed one custom made) - and agreed to pay the remaining 50% when they loaded the sofa in the delivery van, right then.
A 30 minute wait later, they packed that display sofa. I paid the balance amount (they still have to deliver a puffy to me, which they said they will in 2 weeks to prove their trustworthiness - let's see), and the sofa was in the van.
We led the van home in the rain at 10:30PM, one car in front, and another following van.

Well, the sofa didn't fit in our living room. We had to make a lot of arrangements (including deciding to repaint our walls), as we had to put it in our drawing room instead. But yes, we got a sofa for our money. Due to the warning here, we manged not to get cheated. Hallelujah!

Have you guys got your complaints sorted? Got something delivered? If you did, this is a request to post the same here.Or if you didn't, post it too. Since F Studio was also claiming that the "vast majority" of those who have complained on this site, would have received the furniture piece they paid for, prospective customers like me deserve to know if that is true.

i had bought a recliner in anexhibition from fstudio.it was not properly set up and the person has still not come to repair it.itsalways tomorrow for them which never comes and the disgusting thing is that they are least bothered because now its the customer who is at his mercy. they are so rude in their speech.i think they should name it f--k studio because that is what they do after they get their money.

got sofa in very good condition but 5 days late but nice comfort anmd good quality but little late so frustating 5 days

Whom are you kidding?5 days? F studio delivering? Ha ha ha!I'm still waiting for my puffy after two months (see my earlier post in the same thread) - no one would even take my calls!! F Studio is back in Hyderabad for the Hindu Lifestyle exhibition. Tomorrow is the last day. And yes, we hope to be there to warn people of these cheats.

No Deleviry of sofa covers even after 2 months. Dinesh is a fraud. Be careful of F Studio. They address and everything are fake.

Booked a Sofa with the FSTUDIO on June'2012 Hitex Exhibition by paying 5000 in advance.
They visited our house and took the dimensions and took a cheque worth 35000 for the sofa cost promising to deliver within a week.
But they didnt deliver and instead when we were trying to reach them, they started threating us.

I am not sure why EXHIBITION Event managers are promoting such fraud companies by allowing space/stalls to them.
Are all of them involved in this gambling to loot customers.

We lost total of 40000 and very depressed.

If someone can legally take action on these guys, I would appreciate.
Hope there is someone.

I think by now they might have changed their name and started fraud with that name.

Guys please be aware when you are visiting such exhibitions.
