This has reference to a BED which I purchased from Style Spa and ever since I started witnessing huge problem. I had purchased a bed (EDEN BED & EDEN STORAGE - PRODUCT CODE (BED - 025618 & STORAGE - 025408) from Style Spa, Boring Canal Road, Patna on 26/10/2008 for which I paid Rs. 26,392 vide receipt no. 90706. Ever since I have been experiencing the problem in the BED. Three months ago, one of the ply of the BED got broken for which I had to call the showroom more than 20 times to get it replaced. Finally it got replaced after 15 days of my continuous follow up and request. The ply of the BED once again has got broken (another one) which puts a volley of questions on the quality of the BED and other furnitures being sold by one of the most renowned and established brands. At the time of sale, I was told by your Showroom Executive that the BED I have purchased is of very superior quality and is being used by the Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr. Nitish Kumar and the very famous actor Mr. Amir Khan. Rs. 26000 was too high on my pocket to buy a BED. Notwithstanding I decided to buy that piece and now I feel that I have been taken in by the elegant look of the BED. The guarantee given about the quality of the BED has been proved to be false. I just cannot stand this because for this particular piece, I am getting my job hampered. Each time I experience a new problem in the BED and each time I have to make incessant follow ups and repeated requests to get my problem fixed. I am working with Idea Cellular Limited as a Senior Manager and I am really running short of time to pay heed to these triffling issues which requires more of my time resulting into loss of mental peace. I hence request you to please refund my money as I don't wish to continue with the product which Styla Spa claims to be solid that any material. I would appreciate if my money is refunded within one week of the receipt of this mail. Today I got the Ply of the BED replaced by one of your Showroom Executives. I have already communicated to you that I am no longer interested to continue with this nasty piece as it will require more of my time with respect to more complaints and spending my quality time in getting the same redressed. After all how long I shall keep on tracing these guys and losing my mental peace for complaints that I am sure to receive if I chose to continue with this pathetic product. Hence I would request you to please refund my money within one week of receipt of this mail otherwise I may have to take recourse to some other channels to get my hard earned money refunded.
I had requested for money refund but Mr. Dasgupta from Style Spa is not willing to refund my hard earned money. He has responded my mail as follows:-

Dear Mr. Verma,
I am really sorry about the experience that you have gone thru. But I have checked with my BM at Patna and he confirmed that for the defective panel, he has already asked factory for the requisition. Since it was getting late, he went out of the way and serviced you from his stock. I am sure that you will appreciate this gesture. Meanwhile, you can be rest assured about our after sales service. In case, factory doesn't send the panel in time we will help you from the showroom.
as far as taking back the product, I am very sorry to say that we cannot take any product back that has been sold to a customer. we can give you service.
I am sure you will understand this point.
