3) On checking the bottomside of the puffies, d cloth was teared...
4) Even the wood frame was also not of standard qulaty/Teak wood as he said

Looking at all these things ,we showed utter dissatisfaction on d quality of teh material it has been manufactured and decided to cancel d deal.
The owner Mr DInesh (8600168701) just told its a mistake by him and is ready to repair.
But we do not want to take such substandard sofa by Furniture Studio and want F studio to get his due share of fien on doing such work of cheating customers by selling low quality sofa at considerably high proces.

I have similar grievance just more severe. I had booked sofa set from same exhibition with order no UC34I on 22nd April 2011. We paid an advance of 20,000 rs and was promised delivery in 10 working days however till date we haven't recieved the sofa set after almost 1000 follow ups. We are in contact with Dinesh and Firoze only where they keep promising us a future date everytime we call for delivery. To worsen things, they just switch off their phones and don't pick up our calls whenever we've tried to call them as the delivery is delayed by almost 1.5 months. We had gone to his godown and like your experience suggested they were just workers with no knowledge of our order. After further investigating we have found out his operational showroom is at thane, mumbai near tiku ji ni wadi and that address also we got only after we posed as new customer and called.

We are thinking of lodging a police complaint as the sheer unprofessionalism and appaling behavior of the proprietor has caused us tremendous amounts of inconvinience. Our money is also blocked and even after requesting advance on several occasions, Dinesh has just kept us lingering with false promises.

We would like to understand what kind of action you have taken against them and if you have any further contact details or address.. Now we are worried that if after so much follow ups even if we do recieve sofa set hope its not of poor quality.

I have the same bad experience from F Studio Furniture. I booked Sofa from Utsav Shivajinagar, Pune & the Quality of the sofa is so bad that within 2 months, the Clothes are getting teared. I complained to Mr. Dheeraj, Mr. Chiraj & it is of no use. Can you please give me call on +919011012412, so that we can make a complaint on this issue.

I also planning to buy furniture, one of my friend suggested me for this furniture store but before I went this store I read your post and know about this fraud person but after read your post I have visited @home furniture store and got furniture as I like. Thanks again guys for such a informative post.

Hi Sachin,
We had ordered the same FM Comfy set by paying 30k in full. This was at an exhibition at Shivajinagar. It's been 5 months now & the sofa has not been delivered. I called Firoz & he refused to give the address.
I was unable to locate the warehouse address opposite RMD School at Katraj Kondhwa road.
Would appreciate the exact location of the workshop\warehouse please.

I have the same bad experiaence with F Studio, I had booked a Soft @ Utsav exhibition and paid 10,000. they told me to delever that soft before Diwali. But they extending the delvery date every time. Somme times they are not answering the call.

I also booked in Utsav exhibition on 2nd oct and got similar experiance of not getting the delivery on time. I have different openion these Utsav and Sakal people should not allow such vendors to participate

I had booked a Sofa on 4th Oct. After several follow-up, i am getting only newer dates. I think they take customer for granted.
I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Worst they don't respond properly also. I am not sure about quality from them.

Hi guys, so rry for posting late actually that Dinesh and Firoz had again commited a date to me for replacing the low quallity material which is used in my sofa but I think they are really not bothered so lets meet tomorrow if possible to all of you and go to police station in kondhwa b'coz they have there so called showroom(a tin shed dabba) there,so requesting you to plz come together and lodge a file in police station agains't F-furniture studio..

Hi Guys, I have booked a sofa from these cheaters in the Times Utsav exhibiton held at COE ground pune. After taking 10K in advance they promised to deliver it after 45 days, but long gone 45 days they are unwilling even answering my calls and everytime giving me a new persons number to solve my problem. Finally I got the number of their manufacturer and after pursuing him for more than 20 days I finally got my sofa delivered on the condition that all the balance money should be paid in cash and before delivery. I was frustrated I even asked for my deposit back but they very bluntly said either pay the balance and take delivery of sofa or gift that money to us, there is no third option.Somehow I managed to get the delivery done and I was more frustrated when within 10 days of using that pathetic sofa set I discovered that the frame of 2 seater arm was broken from the inside; again that pursuing procedure was started and these shameless people were unwilling to help like usual. When I called the number which I use to call they told me that now your sofa is delivered what do you want, when I intimidated them with my problem of faulty goods they said we are not complaint register and if you have any problem contact on the following numbers and they gave me 2 numbers of people who according to them will help me, but they are no different from those people. One of the person whom I have contacted called me that I must never call him back or else he is going to harass me by distributing my numbers to every TDH. Another number I contacted was of some house wife, whenever I call her she use to be busy with her child and leave my phone on for hours and do all her work and when she comes back she say 'you are still on the line,how much spare time do you people have". Ofcourse, we dont have time but we have to spare because it was our hard earned money that they have looted. These criminals should be sentenced and court should find all their customers and forced F-studio to return their money.
Friends I dont know what to do because this is the first time I have paid such a heavy amount to somebody and was feeling that they have done me a favor. These people are criminals. Somebody should takeup for them. The east we can do is to create awareness through internet , facebook or other social website to let the people know about these cheaters so that new lot of people can be saved from these goons. I am feeling so cheated I cant express but I hope government should do something about these kind of people and all the exhibitions should not allow them to participate. I curse them.

I am another victim of these cheaters. I have purchased sofa from them on 30 Nov 2011 from Sakal Festival. I got the different design from which I have chosen, They have promised foam of Density 40 and I can see that it is not even of 32 density. The most important they told me they would be using Teak wood for the frame within 2 months this “teak wood” broken into 2 pieces. I have called lots of people from F studio Neha, Shradhha,, Junad, Dinesh, Chirag, Firoz for my complaint but every time they have some or other reason to tell why they would not come to repair/replace the sofa.
There cheater have looted lots of people let’s get together against this mass looting as there would be lot of people victim of these looters. We can go to Sakal office/ Police station as well as these people are shameless criminals.

Thanks for sharing the information because yesterday only I saw the sofa in an IIIFEX expo and I was going to book the sofa from this guy. You peoples just saved me from these cheaters. They were making us book the sofa on the spot in an exhibition and giving discounts, but I insisted my wife that I will first get the information about them and here I got so bad words about them . Thanks again to all sharing the exp. I am feeling sorry for the victims in this case.

I would have definitely restricted my purchase had I seen this in Feb 2012. On Feb 24 2012 I bought this Sofa Set from Design Point with a promise to deliver in 10 days. There 10 days never happened and then I visited their so called showroom/godown. It was nothing more than a shed, even my mechanic has a better arrangement. The wood quality they used for my sofa was worse than what is being used for Mango Peti's. They delivered my sofa at 12:30 am ( Reason good enough to avoid Octroi I believe ) . Order no 172 should be reported to Octroi officials at Aundh Octroi Post. The next day I saw the sofa and it was nothing close to what I had been promised , All the nails were visible , The stiching was done by hand with 2-3 centimeters gap enough for 2 fingers to get in them. There were torn pieces of cloth at multiple places, the legs were unstable. The back of sofa didnt have any support from frame perspective. I sms'd their after sales service agents ( Zahid/Dinesh/Shraddha ) to take their horrible piece back and refund me my money since it wasn't what was promised or agreed to , clear cut case of Contractual lapse. They clearly denied it and said it would be repaired. For the past 2.5 months I am following with them on a daily basis ( Shraddha(so called owner)/ Dinesh/Chirag/ Firoze etc etc ) and every day i get a new date from them. For the past 20 days they have stopped picking my calls or returning my sms either.

To counter this I started following them in all exhibitions and showcased my displeasures to them which would definitely result in new business, Now they recognize me and run away from their stalls.

Today I also lodged a complaint with the exhibition promoters to bar them from anymore exhibitions in Pune area. Next thing if my sofa doesn't gets repaired would be to lodge a police complaint under section 420 and get their CST# revoked. After that we should involve the Octroi folks to ascertain how much Octroi have they avoided. And the last thing would Consumer court because that will be like the final nail in the coffin. All these numbers should be blacklisted 8600168702/8600168701/8600168704 and 9561123786. If the sofa doesn't gets repaired then we should also speak to all exhibition owners to take them out of business.
