dear sir, i have purchased my office chair, 0n 04-03-2005, on the very first day chair has a complain of having noise and the conseal(so called),of the chair was disbalanced, b'coz of that in few days i was started with a back pain,after complaining several times but all in vain, sever back pain,lot of noise in the chair,no comfort of the money spended..
