This is Venu from KPHB, Hyd.
I bought a Sofa set from Legend Furniture near KPHB in Oct 2008 for 20,000 Rs/-
Sofa set is not properly assembled and had to contact the owner of the shop to fix
it twice in the last 3 months.
Now, the Cloth on the sofa set is getting damaged and when I contacted the furniture
shop owner he told that there is no
Guarantee on the cloth of the sofa set and I only have to replace that cloth by
myself by paying 4000 Rs/- if it is completely damaged.

Can you please let me know whether my complaint is eligible to be filed in the
consumer court as I was expecting that the quality of the cloth of the
Sofa set should be guaranteed atleast for an year?
