I had bought a bed and chair from Royal Oak furniture, Bangalore 3 months ago. They promised warranty for 6 months on the chair and 1 year on bed. The chair broke just 1.5 month later. I called the showroom and they promised to send someone to fix it. No one came as promised. I then had to call them 2-3 times every week for the next 5 weeks. Still no response. Finally I took the chair and left it at their shop. Now the Manager at the shop is claiming that there is no warranty on the chair. I somehow got him to fix it.

However, the chair broke again after 2 days. What are my options now? I do not want to repair it again since it clearly is very poor quality.
