Pathetic service rendered by Big Bazaar ( Furniture Division ) Located at Thakur mall

I had booked furniture for a cupboard and Kitchen cabinet at your thakur mall complex on 7th Nov, after repeated follow up I recived the cupboard at the end of feb in a very bad condition, I was promised it would be replaced later. Till date only after my repeated follow ups there has been two inspection however they have not delivered the same. Also kitchen cabinet is till not delivered after 3 months of my follow up.

There has been no response from the mall. I am planning to file a criminal complaint against the CEO request your guidance.
