Dear Sir,

I visited this furniture showroom at Palm Beach Road and told them about requirement of Custom built top quality furniture for my entire house. The total cost was fixed at Rupees 10.5 lac, later they used their standard marketing tricks on the name of price increased for raw materials and made me to agree the full prince of 11.5 Lac. I even paid an advance amount of Rs. 1.25 to them to start the work.

Later when another neighbor in the same building had his furniture delivered by the same showroom, I was socked to find the cheap quality of furniture. When I discussed this with the showroom owners, they said, this was the best they could make for any one.

I finally decided to cancel my entire order before the work was started and demanded my advance back but Mr. Jeetubhai refused to return me the money. I have finally sent a legal notice through my lawyers and have to go filling a case to get my money back.

Just want to warn each and every one around in the city, not to believe and make dealings with Wonderwood Nx in future.
