Sir, This is with reference to my previous complaints addressed to u on which no action has been taken at ur end since last 50 days.(no 170, 191) and 276of 19/4 which I have withdrawn on the verbal assurance of the shopkeeper but again next day the same situtation, The shopkeepr has been utilising my money since 6th march 2005 as wel as keeping the sofa in his custody. Further Cushions r lying idle at my home. moreover during this period my guests were forced to sit either on floor. Please help me out.
