Hello Sir/ Ma'am,

On 16th Jan we had purchased a Iron cupboard from Jai Ambe furniture Mart. It cost Rs7500/- . We paid them Rs 1000/- as advance through cheque and the remaining amount through cash.
At the time of inquiry and puchase they gave us the guarantee of color and the material to be used in the cupboard. but after it delievered we saw the color was removedfrom few places, at few places there were stains of other color , the locker's lock was not proper and the cupboard leveling was also not good beacause of which after the cupboard was full it still used to move terribly.
We called the guy 10 times also went at his shop thrice but every time thry used to give certain excuses and would not attend any of our complain.

Yesterday i.e On 13th Apr 2009 the owner send his guy at our home and in front of us the guy was struggling to fix the unmatch things. We talk with the owner that we are not satisfed with your quality and we want our Money back but he denied.

So now I want a legal justice on this matter.
Hereby I have a COMPLAIN against JAI AMBE FURNITURE MART at Vastrapur (Ahmedabad ), that their quality is worst and their services is also not satisfactory. We waited for 3 months but still our problem is unsolved.

Kindly help us to get justice.
