I have ordered sofa set with abovedealer on 6/3/2005vide cash memo No. Nil Dated 6th of march 2005 by for Rs. 8500.00 by paying Advance payment of Rs. 3500.00. Delivery date being 15/3/2005, however till 22nd march I was not informed of my sofa set available, Now shop owner reufses to deliver the sofa till I make full payment in cash at his shop. 2. He has refused to accept remaining payment in cheque. 3. He has not written whether sofa is of Teak wood or some jungle wood on the cash memo.
