I have been mentally and finacially harrassed by a furniture
showroom dealer in bangalore. He came to my home with a reference
and took and order for making foam beddings with cover etc.. for my
Deewans. He took rs 500/- as advance and gave me a receipt also.
Balance payment on delivery.

After that he vanished and is not traceable. Sometimes when I am
able to reach him on phone -- 1st he shows ignorance and then after
all reminders he says he would refund the money but that never
happens.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS GUY AND DONT GET TRAPPED

Cushions have already got imprints from sitting on them. Only 3 sides of cushions covered, pile not same on all cushions, fraying. They told that they used foam & latex and they would not get imprints on them. The fabrics used are shabby, Requested for changing the fabrics, use the one which was selected initially, cover it in all the four sides & proper cushions to be used. It has taken almost five weeks for the complaint to be addressed. Then we have been advised that fabric is not thick. Please take some legal action against them.
