Hi,

I had purchased a sofa cum bed worth Rs.27,000 from a local furniture shop in May 2008. Within a month the sofa lost its shape along with the cushions as well. The bed gave up and was already on two pieces. After various follow ups with the shop, the workmen came home to check the same in Dec 2008. After speaking to the manager it was agreed that he would take the sofa back and get it rectified, and in case I still dont like it, he will have the same replaced. The sofa was picked up in Jan 2009 and they did some temporary job to fix it, which was not quite appreciated by me. Hence told the manager to get it replaced, but he is now denying the same and threating me to do whatver I can, but he will not replace it. The entire staff has been rude therafter and are not ready to disclose their owners name for me to take the discussion further. The sofa has been lying with them for the last two months. At this point feel very miserable because of my inablity to do anything. Request you help and guidance to sort this out.
