Yes, you can register your complaint through customer care. Wait for their respone, probably after 1 working day you'll receive the feedback. I think you had been scammed by the scammers.

I purchased a wooden bed room set and a TV trolly from furniture baazar (Big Baazar , vashi) by 15th august. at the time of purchase they told it will be delivered by 2-5 september. but after giving 3-4 date they delivered the items by 12th sept. that time they said fitter will come next day or after 1 day to fix those furniture but till 23rd didn't send a fitter. I contacted so many times with their manager and other staff. even they have a huge communication gap among them, their each staff giving a different word. After sale Big Baazar don't take a least responsibility of customer and the material.

I have purchased diamond metal cot at big bazar located at express avenue chennai . The cot was delivered on 02.02.11 and asembled on 04.02.11 found it is not suitsble to my bed room it is too big to accomodate it . Kindly exchange it .

Big Bazaar sold so many furniture items in the month of Jan on discount rates. This is not at all discount you can get the same item from out side with lesser price than what you have paid @ BIG BAZAAR. They will say, we do life time service. They will respond after somany calls (Not in TIME). They don't deliver the item on the time lines what they commit while selling the goods.

I have purchased three furnitures, one dinning table, one sofa cum bed and one center table from Big Bazar Highland Park outlet in Kolkata against invoice no : 001862 dated 22.03.2011. I have to pay the full amount against this purchase. When the payment was over the concern salesman told that within ten days the furniture will be delivered. Again he said that within 10 - 15 days the furniture will be delivered. As I have already paid so I hv to agree with his term. But now 28 days has gone the furniture has not yet delivered. Now I do not want to take the materials. I want my money back with full interest.
