Hi Sir/Madam,

I've bought a double with 2 night stands from Home Town on 22/2/2009. Home Town people called me on 28/2/2009 stating that the container that was bringing the order was damaged and all the beds got damaged. They told me that the consignment can not reach me before 6 months. They asked me to have a look at other things and buy something. I didn't like any thing else in the store and wanted my money back. On 1//3/2009 Home Town people told me that they will refund the money with in 8-10 days. Now when I called them up after 15 days they are saying that they can not refund the money and want me to take a credit note. I don't want to take a credit note and want the money back as it was not my fault.

Please let me know what can I do now.
