I have purchase a Imperial lift nut brown king size bed in month of July'09 at Rs. 49900/- MRP + shop discount scheme.

Within 6 month the hydraulic cylindrical lifting bar has broken 2 times & fortunatly escape through big accident.

1st time we register complaint & they resolve problem on temporary basis.

2st time we register complaint but they are not attainding & we keep following up with them till date.

Part is of so poor quality that within 6 months accident has happened twice. Fortunatly no human casualty has taken place just because we were not under the lifting stack.

If any one could have under lifting stack & it would have broken then definetly a person would suffer serious injuries or may that person die also.

Note- This bed come with storage space, to make use of space u need to lift upper portion i.e lifting stack on which matress rest.

Hydraulic lifting cylinder has broken & upper portion has falls down with a big impact.
