i have purchsed a bed room furniture from big bazaar kandivali mumbai, in august 2009 and after having it delivered at my doorstep i came to know that the after a usage of one month the mattress got in bad shape being damaged from central part, after making several complaints and e mail to panataloons and future bazaar i finally get it replaced in month of JAN 2010.
NOW i am facing the similar problem with my steel rod double bed i have made several complaints and made visit as well, to the concerned store as well, but no one is willing to provide me service though my articles are covered under warranty of one year fro date of purchase.......
