    Default Style Spa- Poor sales service and attitude to cheat

    We have ordered a sofa set worth Rs 33,000 from Style Spa- Vashi on 4th October 2009 on the commitment that the sofa set would be delivered before Diwali ie 16 october 2009. We have also paid Rs 5,000 in advance for prompt delivery . One day before Diwali, when we called the store they informed us that the sofa set cannot come on Diwali. We questioned him about his sales tactics of selling products by cheating customers and giving them false commitments. The store manager said the time to deliver is 3 weeks and till Diwali it was only 2 weeks. now the 3 weeks have lapsed and they still do not know when the set will be delivered. It is sheer cheating with the customer and wrong sales tactics to sale a product.

    Please look in to this matter.

    Thumbs down Poor Quality of Furniture and Mattress and attitude to cheat

    Yes even I also bought a double bed and mattress costing 32000 , their after sales service is horrible. They will politely answers and get the mattress replaced for a one year warranty duration. After which they started making dramas. Matrress while selling they say it's very good material and ergonomically designed. But it's all wrong. Within a months time it started presssing. Till now they replaced 5 times and twice they repaired bed.
    One will feel pitty on those guys by looking the way they worked. But they are making money this way by selling poor quality product at a higher price.

    Default Horrible products, staff and service

    I have faced similar issues.....no proper products..within 6 mnths u realise u have bought junk...and the service level is pathetic..they have no propse support arrangements in mumbai and just give wild excuses.
