I Dr. B.S.Bhatia, from Bhilai Chattisgargh purchased a 4 door wardrobe from RADHA KISHAN MALL DURG, Phone No. 07882211728 on 18.09.2009 but still not delivered.

I visited thair showroom on 11.09.2009 and select a wardrobe for Rs. 9500.00 and told him that i will confirm after seeing the dimensions in my home.

Then I visited their showroom on 18.09.2009 and told him to dispatch the wardrobe to my home. The owner told that he will charge Rs. 11500.00 for the wardrobe.I told him that the price told to me was Rs. 9500 and only i have not purchased because of dimmension then he doennot want to deliver the wardrobe and he told me that he does not recognise me and he never told me the price.

Then he told that he can only give the wardrobe to me for rs. 10500.

I told him to deliver the wardrobe for rs. 10500.Then he told me that he want to deliver from his godown and fresh stock in 2 days and told me to deposit some advance.

I am not convinced by his talk, then he told me to deposit only few cash and balance amount will be paid after the delivery.

Then i paid him rs. 2000 as advance.

From then i call him and he said that he is not having same type in his stock and i have to wait further 2-3 days.

After 13 days he called me and told me to deposit the balance Rs. 8500, then only he will dispatch the wardrobe to me.

Now i have no faith in his talks.

I told him to deliver it to my home and i will pay immediatey after receiving the wardrobe but he is not aggreeing to it.

What should i do?

Shall i make an FIR or shall i lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
