i am deependra gupta from jaipur we have purchased a new whirlpool fridge in january 2009 340ltr ,since janurary fridge has many problems like balance of fridge is not proper ,manufacturing defect and also the water is coming to the vegetable tray.
we lodge a complain for replacing the fridge but the company personal are talking in very rude and abusive manner and not listening to our compalin seriously.

please guide us what to do,because we are facing lot of problem due to WHIRLPOOL negligent customer service.
