I called LG customer care on 06/04/2009 they gave me a REFERANCE ID:

N9C40610811.On 08/04/2009 a engineer from FAIRDEAL SERVICES visited me and told that
there is a problem of Gas Charging and will be solved tommorow but since 08/04/2009
I havent got any positive response but fake commitment.Every day People from
FAIRDEAL SERVICES assure me that we are in the way but no one is to me since
now.Even a Customer Care Executive Miss DEEPIKA after attending my call twice and
giving me fake satisfaction is not ready to receive my phone call again.VIRENDRA
SARASWAT (Customer care executive)deneid to give me Email Id for the concern
people.Please take necessary action against them.I will aslo go for documentry legal
action against them as soon as possible.

185 liters fridge is not cooling

Dear concerned person,

On 3/4/2009, I bought one 2 Ton LG split room Air conditioner. My AC Compressure is not working.

I had registered a complaint against my AC Daily at customer care number-1800-180-9999 daily. First hold was put on a long hold many time then despite of many reminders (atleast 10 times and also after waiting for 5-10 minutes every time)finally they visited and conveyanced me that he will send a macanic but till today I am still waiting despite of calling them 12-15 times. They give me a complain no - RNA 110514025986 but no one came and reapired the AC. They either dont pick-up phone or say we are sending the same in next 2-3 hours. I am still waiting.

Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it repaired.

Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.
