sir...i bought a voltas water cooler from hindustan refrigeration
stores(netaji subhash marg, darya ganj, new delhi).From the day we
bought this cooler ,its not working.We had complaint to the dealer a
no. of times but there there is no positive action from there side.
The invoice no. of our product is 13229 and we purchased it on
14/5/09. My customer id is C0071038 and complaint no.given to us on
7/8/09 is 09AU061488 and on 28/8/09 is 09AU280070.
please do tell me what to do.
