I had purchased a refrigerator of VIDEOCON make from Sanchita Enterprises 12 Martand Complex Rewa Pin Code 48600, in Name of my Mother ( Mrs. Shanti Mishra Viveka Nand Nagar Scheme No. 6 P.T.S. Chauk Rewa ) Bill No- 21, Dated- 11.05.2007. Details of the refrigerator are, Sr. No- 120407260110603140. Model No- S 180 (CB). I faced a problem of cooling and made complain three times to the customer care (Job No- 0509100105, 05007110103 and 1203120001 respectively). Every time Service people asked that there was a problem in compressor. As compressor was under warranty for five years, they changed the compressor always and charged Rs. 1250, 1400 and 1250 respectively against the gas charging charges. In this way they have taken Rs. 3900 in last 5 years against the refrigerator purchase cost Rs. 9400. Now, I am not confident about the compressor and as warranty will lapse shortly, they will charge total (Compressor cost + charging + Service) from me. So, I want to change the refrigerator.
I am very odd situation. My parent are living in Rewa (M.P.) they are senior citizen & I am living 800 KM away from them i.e. Indore (M.P.) Please do the needful.
