Dear Madam/Sir

I had purchased a Whirlpool 330 DLX Pro-White refrigerator from Nayyar electronics, Pitampura, New Delhi on 5th November 2010. Invoice No. 4887/10-11
Since the day I have bought it, there is some problem related to the cooling and there was too much of noise from the refrigerator. The service person has visited more than 5 times in last one year but the problem still exists.
Another thing observed during the course is that the serial no. on refrigerator (INE101702801) is different from that written on the bill given by Nayyar Electronics (INE101703897).
I request you to look into both the issues and send some experienced service person to repair it.
