I have purchased one Godrej Refrigerator (GDE19C2) from ADITYA AGENCY on January 7, 2011 with one year warranty.
Since beginning it showed problem of frequent compressor heating and shutdown thereafter. When I reported this, I was advised to use a stabilizer. The problem was not solved. This event (shutdown of compressor) spoiled my food very often. I complained to the shop. They promised to send mechanic but never did. This went on and on for several months. I visited the shop personally, but they agian lied. Since last Friday, the frige is not working at all. I asked for one mechanic and now they just hang up the phone after some initial questions like "Is it a frige or a washing machine?".

I want compensation for this harrassment, financial loss and money back of my refrigerator.
