    Default complaint against E-Zone

    Dear Sir,

    We have booked a refrigerator 445 Prof ELT Steel/TITANIUM 45 by depositing advance
    of Rs 5000/- in cash on 26-07-2009 vide Advance R. No. 2070001027 to cashier Mr.
    Dinesh at E zone, New Delhi Paschim Vihar. The Sale Advisor was Mr. Varun Puri
    (Mobile No- 9873300136). They promised to deliver the refrigerator in a week’s time.
    Till date inspite of our repeated visits to the E-zone, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi,
    the refrigerator has not been delivered. On 14-08-2009, we visited E zone. We met
    Mr. Varun Puri and Mr Rahul Chopra (Store Manager , Mobile No- 9310430309). He told
    us that Whirlpool has delivered only one refrigerator, although they had placed
    order for two and the first will be given to other party, although our order was
    before them. Then we asked for refund. But they didn’t refund the money. They even
    contacted Mr. Gaurav Banga, Business Manager North, E zone (Mobile No- 9311354158)
    but no solution was received. On our repeated requests they
    didn’t give us anything in writing. Now we request you to either deliver the
    refrigerator immediately or refund the amount immediately with penalty for the
    harassment we have met with E-Zone.

    Did you get any reply from either ezone / the consumer court. Let me know as i am in a similar situation with the ezone at kormangala,bangalore

    Unhappy Complaint regarding E zone

    Dear Sir
    Its been more than 20 days since we purchased our refrigerator. E zone in cunningham road had promised us to give a Diwali gift for the same. We haven received it till date. Its not about the gift but the service of E zone. If this continues no one will purchase from ur company.
    None of the people from the company are co - operative, they just say u will receive the same and no contact after that. Even while delivering the product we had to follow up several times.
    Kinldy provide a better service

    Default NOT DELVIRED-E-ZONE THE REMOTE FOR BRAND NEW PRODUCT-LCD BRAVIA- KLV-19 T400w

    Dear Sir

    I bought Sony LCD bravia KLV-19 T- 400W from e-zone Bangalore -Koromangala They told me there is no remote available right now as its in store room we will get you remote after week and they told for time being you can use Philips Universal Remote and after week you can check we will provide you original remote of the product for time being you can use the Universal remote and that remote is also not working when ever i go to e-zone shop they delaying saying come Today and tomorrow they acted as UN-ethical way for sake of selling the product i have paid whole amount for brand new LCD TV every customer should get all accessories with purchased items ,

    I HAVE THE NAME OF THE SALESMAN AND BILL WITH ME

    I kindly request you to please arrange thew Remote for the LCD Bravia KLV-19T 400W which is coming along with the product i will deeply appreciate this if can take action against them

    iam also going consumer court if this action its not being taken ...

    Hello,

    Have you registered your complaint with e-zone customer care ? I suggest you to first register your complaint with the customer care, and wait for 10-15 days for their response, and if the customer care people not reply you within the mentioned time then, send a written notice to the store manager and a copy to the CMD of the EZONE, mention all the details in it, attach photo copy of purchase bill and ask them to change the remote with the original one.

    If still have a question then feel free to contact us again.

    Thanks Sonia , I have allready file complaint against them..i dint recived the remote with Brand new Tv of the product it should come along with TV

    I will wait from E-zone to solve this matter...and will get in touch with you ..

    Thumbs down Convection Micro wave of Koryo

    hello sir,
    I brougth convection micro wave of koryo company. In case of mirco wave the convection is not working about 5 month. every 2 week i did complate but your employees said 2-3 days your problem is solved. but now my problem is not solved. with in 5 days my problem is not solve i complate the high court.

    Angry Hitachi Airconditioner from ezone Shipra

    I purchased a Hitachi Airconditioner from ezone Shipra on Saturday 15th May. They supplied me a Damaged AC. After multiple inspection by Hitachi instalation technicians they said they would replace the panel and not the whole indoor unit. Which I reluctantly agreed as it is very hot in Delhi. Now today on 19th when they came to install even the instalation kit is missing that means the equipment is short supplied/second hand.

    I ask Hitachi and ezone to explain how this can happen. Will someone at Hitachi take this up and compensate me for this.

    On top of it, the executive at ezone is disconnecting my calls.

    Please do not buy anything from ezone. Probably we should start a GARBA andolan as was done in Taral mehta ka ulta chasma against ezone.

    Angry Frauds!!

    It was 3rd May, 2010 when I decided I would buy a SONY HDR XR 150 E as
    a present for my parent's 24th wedding anniversary on 19th of May. So,
    I went to e-zone 'coz I used to be a very big fan of future group. But
    the experience I had there, has altered my image of the group like
    anything.

    They said I would definitely get the finance within a day or two and
    asked me to pay the advance of INR 10,000 for the order to be placed as
    they didn't have the model of the camera with them. So, I made the
    payment of 10,000 using my HDFC credit card.They then said I could
    collect my camera within 12-15 days. I was happy as this was my first
    job after college and being the only daughter, I had always received
    gifts from my parents. This was my chance to buy something for them.

    But that was not to be. After 15 days, when I went to enquire if the
    camera has come, I got to know that the finance for EMI has not been
    passed. They said, it happens and I can apply in Bajaj finance next.
    So, I thought ok I will. But then, when I filled out the form for Bajaj
    finance, the guy said that my loan application will be rejected because
    I am single and I stay in a company provided accomodation and with room
    mates.

    That's when I asked them if this is the rule everywhere. He said it
    was. That pissed me off because the future finance person and the e-
    zone person were sitting besides me the whole time I filled the form
    and not once did they say that my loan apllication might be rejected on
    these grounds. That's when they knew all about it. When I had asked
    them about the EMI loan sanction they said, "Maximum ek do din mein ho
    jaega madam".

    Then I met the manager and asked him what to do. And he says, pura
    payment karke camera le jao. I mean, Hello!! Why?? And then, he started
    arguing saying booking the camera was my decision and they cudn't do
    anything. Then, they made me shuttle between the future finance people,
    the bajaj finance people and the manager.

    By then I was so irritated that all I wanted was my money back so
    atleast I could still buy the camcorder somewhere else and gift it to
    my parents. But no! They said, the money would take 15days to be
    refunded. And started on speaking all mumbo-jumbo. Then finally, the
    manager said that the money would be refunded within 7 working days.
    Not falling into his trap again, I made him write it behind the bill
    and sign it with the date. The date was 16th May, 2010.

    15 days and numerous phone calls hence, my money still hasn't been
    refunded. So, today I called him up and say, I have had enough. If you
    don't refund my money in 2 days time, I will share my experience with
    the people of pune through Pune mirror. And what he says his - "jo
    karna hai kariye madam".

    I am utterly flabbergasted now. I am disgusted with the staff.
    And I swear, I will never buy a single thing
    from any future group shop henceforth.

    Default AC not delivered by E Zone

    I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Split AC from ezone aggarwal fun city mall, shahdara, delhi. I had made full payment on 30 th may 10. They told me that they will deliver the AC within 2 days and given me in writing to deliver the AC within 4 days. But despite of our repeated efforts, they are not delivering the AC. What remedy is available to us? Kindly suggest. I have the bill. My no. is 9899851554

    Worst experience i ever had in my life
    I bought ipod touch 8 gb from ezone thoraipakkam, chennai. When i demenaded for live demo the sales staff told you just down load itune and just download as peryour like.

    As I bought it on my wife birthday, i presented her

    After a week time, i tried to download songs in IPOD Touch. But none of the song (video) is accepted and it ask for so many format which i am unable to understand.

    I just download audio songs and some photograph.

    I tried lot of times, but its not so easy to load the video song in ipod touch. so after few week, i went to ezone and requested the staff to teach me how to use it .. There they start show their real color. asked me so many irrevelant question, telling me why u come after long days... u dont know how to use it... when other are using very easly... like lot of insulting words used and not prepared to show me the live demo even though i demanding them to show it.. how to use it?

    ON satuday i was standing in their show room for 5 hours.. and MR. BYJU is not bothered to have courtesy togive one chair for me to sit... i am standing in the show room for 5 hours... My problem was not get resolved and i told mr byju you please take back my ipod and i buy some other item from your company for that also he not allowing me to do so... inspite of my repeated request, he telling me u dont know how to use apple... when all others using very easily...
    Finally they told me u do anyting u like, we not to bother about your complaints. You go to apply and pay for demo to them and learn it .. WE cant teach you...

    I was so upset with their attitude showed to me.

    I need justice either they should take back my ipod for that amoun, i need any other item for the equivelent amout paid to them

    Hi Sir,

    I have ordered a LG mobile through eZone zero margin offer and i have paid complete amount on 16th June 2010.
    Order Number:5001274243. Since from long time the order status is showing as unser process. so i sent a mail to future bazaar group customer care on 25th of June. After my mail they given the reply as "We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to execute the above mentioned order as the product is presently not readily available in our warehouse and we were unable to arrange the same from our vendors. We will go ahead and cancel the order within 48 hours and the refund ". i have given a reply immediatly as i am not ready to accept this one and asked them to change the product instead of LG. they never been given the reply again i called to the customer care service on 29th June 2010. then they are telling we are unable to process your request and going to refund your amount in 48 to 72 hours.

    Could you help me on execute my order with my actual product or with the other product.

    Default EZone issued a Airtel HD DTH with status as Stolen

    I am a regular customer of Future Group and regularly visit Home Town, Big Bazaar, Pantaloons and eZone.
    Many of the times your staff is so rude and behavior is very bad that I feel that those people should be conveyed the values and ethics of Future Group.
    I bought a Toshiba TV 42 Inch from eZone Vashi on 22nd August 2010. The offer was buy 42 inch get 32 inch free. I didn't want 32 inch so I negotiated only for 42 inch. Salesperson gave me a offer of Rs.40,000/- for 42 inch Toshiba. After negotiation we closed the deal at Rs.40,000/- with Airtel HD DTH, 2 sets of Garnier Gift Hamper and 2 Cafe Coffe Day Gift Vouchers.
    He mentioned that all gift items will be coming with the delivery of TV, he just handed over the airtel voucher. But no gift items came with the TV. When called he mentioned that he forgot to send the gift items and requested to come and collect. When I visited the store again he said he he can give only one set Garnier Gift Hamper and Cafe Coffee day voucher. Then I told him if he can't keep his words then please cancel the order. Then he started saying the you can return the Airtel voucher and he can give additional set garnier hamper. I very clearly told him that I may not use Airtel voucher and may throw away but you assume that you are not getting the voucher back and if you can give gifts to keep your words otherwise let me know so that I can go.
    He gave the gifts but marked the Airtel voucher as Stolen which is a offence and playing with the sentiments of customer.
    Hope you understand and take a necessary action to make sure that this should not be repeated in future and you should not lose valuable customers.

    i have already applied for bajaj loan to buy my new LCD in JD electronics mugappir ,it was rejected by them, i do not know why, then again i applied in e-zone kandhanchavadi, they didnt call me yet, actually my question is once we applied for loan it had been rejected means we couldnt able to apply again please anyone reply for this

    Default Bought Samsung 40" TV and haven't seen free Diwali gift until now from Ezone..

    Ezone is worst. They promise free gifts and never deliver. i think more so if you go through Bajaj finance. I am waiting for free gift that had to come along with 40" TV.. the blue ray DVD player is yet to come. Ezone squarly blames Samsung.. while Samsung says store has to deliver..!!! Do you see. They live by fraudulent biz practices.
