I am waiting for free gift that had to come along with 40" TV.. the blue ray DVD player is yet to come. Ezone squarly blames Samsung.. while Samsung says store has to deliver..!!! Do you see. They live by fraudulent biz practices.

Respected Mam, I brought a Samsung 3D - Led - 8Series TV & Samsung Oven on 27.10.2011 at ur E-zone - Alwarper. As ur store incharge Mr.Rakesh - Contact No.9345377368, Promise me to give diwali gift a Airtel Dth along with the samsung tv with complete installations including every thing mean recharge also & to deliver the tv and the oven on same day along with installaton. On 27th afternoon i called to Mr.Rakesh that i have not yet receive the Tv & oven. So he told me that he deliver the tv by evening & the demo, Installation will be on next day. I called more than 15 times thn he deliver the tv at 4pm without speakers which shown me on ezone. So i called him again for speakers he told me tht he deliver by tomorrow bt he promise me to deliver everything on 27th before 5-o' Clock. At late night around 10pm the person deliver the speakers without oven. On 27th night around 8pm the instalation of tv done. Not the demo given to us. From that day till today i called for Airtel dth Connection tht he promise me to deliver on 27th, All together i find tht i cheated from E-zone. Till today Dt:06/11/2011 not received the airtel dth. Ezone pesons are Fraud & cheated, They cheat me they promise me bt nw they are refusing. Kindly take some necessary action or else i hv to go Consumer Court for Cheating & Frauding Case.
