    Dear Executive

    Its been really long time since i m facing a problem in my whirlpool Fridge model 310L Professional Bought from Lotus Electronics Super Market Indore situated at Sapna Sangeeta.My Fridge is not defrosting and water is leaked all over my floor its overflowing tray every 4 th day , I have registered complaint more then 3 times and made around 20 calls there technician has visited my home 3 times but no solution has been provided it might be a manufacturing defect of whirlpool its still under warranty and i am having problem since last 2 months my fridge is not defrosting (thought its a auto defrost ).The water is leaking all over place almost every 4 the day on my floors its really very frustrating after calling so many times and registering complaints my problem has not been solved by either LOTUS Electronic Showroom or Whirlpool service or sales at indore madhya pradesh India.I hope i get justice and either Lotus or Whirlpool will show some concern and take actions its really been long time since i m following Lotus Electronics.I hope a great support from consumer court i hope i get justice.

    dear sir,
    i have brought the whirlpool fridge proton 300 ltr from vijay sales goregaon e ,after completing one year 28.4.2011,the fridge gave the problem,i contacted the coustomer care and they have told rs.395 will be visiting charges and when the technician checked my fridge he told that your cord board is not working ,he replace it with the new and started the fridge ,and fridge was going on auto cool mode only it is not changing to low,medium or high,he told that when fridge get cooled it will change and i paid him rs.3695.(parts cost rs.3300.+395 visiting charges,when i checked after two days of cooling it was not changing the front display ,i again called the technician he checked and told that your display card is problem he has to replace ,he place the request to bring new card,after three or 4 days he came with card and replaced with the card and told that card will cost rs.1800.i have to pay him ,
    my complaint to the company is that if you donot take the AMC(ANNUAL MAINTANENCE CONTRACT) You are forced to spend 6000 per visit due to technical problem from your side due to the launch of the new product in the market and also you can repair the cards and replace with the tempary cards ,if you go on charging heavily for the parts within a year i have to spend the amount of fridge cost (15000 to 20000) .I here by request the company to compensate the loss i have faced by purchasing the new product.
