Respected Sir,
I am Rishikesh Nanotkar from delhi.sir i have
a problem about freez.actually i have purchased my Freez in date
01/07/2006.The Warranty of Freez is 6 Years.but before 20 days the
freez having some problem about cooling.so after that i have
comaplaint for the shop.the adress is SMART MART STORES
PVT.LTD.(A-148, Shakarpur.Vikas Marg,Delhi-110092).but shop manager
dont care about that complaint after i was calling 5 or 6 times even i
was meet that shop manager.but he just avoid me and just saying i
think your Freez Compressor is damage and it will cost at least 3000
Rs. actually the compressor garranty is 6 years. if any problem they
replaced that compressor.i have a receipt for purchasing the Freez.but
he dont understand this think, so sir i am very trouble in that case.
so please help me and give suggestion what can i do.
The company of freez is VIDEOCON, the
complaint no is DEL-1907090400.
