Dear Sir/Madam,

Since 19/04/2009, Compressor of my Referigerator stopped Working. I was
replaced after a moth of Follow-up as . And till this date My fridge has not
been working properly and despite having lodged several complaints, Problem
still lies the same. Company has not been able to Resolve the Problem and We
are just made to keep following them as per appended mail.


It has resulted in Daily Wastages of all the Food Items that are kept in
Fridge in this Sweltering Summer. I have lost too much of Money in these
Wastages due to My Fridge not having been Repaired. It has resulted in
mental agony by continuously following the Company Customer Care and their
Service Agent, especially.

I want my Fridge to be Repaired on Immediate basis and the Recovery of the
Loss that I have incurred.
