Respected Sir,

7 year ago, we bought single window whirlpool fridge under Coca Cola Scheme and after 2 years we have taken Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 year till 12 May, 2012 covering all the parts of Fridge. From the last 25 days, our fridge is not working and we have lodged the complaints but no such action has been taken against our complaint.

The detail of our complaints are as follows :-

1) 708, DL0711011684 dated 11.07.2011
2) 102, DL0711017533 dated 17.07.2011
3) 170, DL0711023076 dated 22.07.2011

In between the complaints we have regularly follows twice a day for there action but they always provide the same answer that your complaint has been put on Emergency and our engineer will visit today by 3:00 P.M. Again we call by 4:00 P.M. and there answer would be our engineer has left for your complaint.

Due to such a problem we are loosing our customer as well our profit on sale of Coca Cola products approx Rs. 1000/- in a day.

So we request you do kindly short out complaint.
