Last year i bought a refrigerator from LG. After 15 days i found that there was a problem in the gaskit of fridge and the cooling was coming out, I called up LG engineer and explained him. After observation, I specifically asked the engineer to replace the product in case he thinks that the product is defective so that the same problem does not arise next year. But he did not replace.

After that winters came and a normal consumer would not investigate his fridge door every day.

Then during this summer, i observed that firdge wasn't effective and on investigating, i observed the same problem of gaskit and cooling coming out of the door persists.

I called up consumer care executive but afetr a month's discussions with them, and their false commitments, i stand no where and neither there is any concrete solution from them.

I' m in a big time mess. Request consumer court to get into the matter and help me get the solution.

It's my hard earned income and cant let it go like that.
